An an initial Shiatsu appointment is normally 90 minutes to allow time for a full case history to be taken and at least 45 minutes of treatment. Follow-up treatments or 'one-off' appointments are usually 60 minutes, but I also do shorter or longer treatments if preferred. I also offer dedicated 'Pelvic Correction' (see http://pelviccorrectionherefordabergavenny.blogspot.com/) appointments which basically concentrate on diagnosis and correction of pelvic alignment, but also include a bit of Shiatsu to help stabilise the problem or alleviate pain caused by the problem. These are shorter at 60 minutes for an initial appointment and 30 minutes for a follow-up. Many clients, however, like to have more Shiatsu on other parts of the body, and I can easily incorporate the Pelvic Correction within the standard Shiatsu appointment.

Cupping
This can be combined with Shiatsu or used as a standalone treatment, but its suitability must be discussed first. After an initial longer consultation, half-hour appointments are available at £17.50.
Qigong (Chi Gong) and self-help exercises
I am happy to provide individual exercise tuition either for general health interest or for specific conditions. Prices would be negotiable depending upon what you wanted.
